Due to the nature of our services (digital downloads, coaching time allocation, and live delivery), all sales are final and non-refundable.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

For coaching sessions: You may reschedule a session with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We honour your time and commitment, and we aim to deliver high-value, soulful coaching experiences. Below are our refund and cancellation terms.

Coaching Packages & Clarity Calls

  • Sessions are non-refundable once booked.

  • You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.

  • No-shows or late arrivals beyond 15 minutes are marked as complete.

Digital Products (ebooks, courses)
All sales of digital content are final and non-refundable.

Emergency Exception
We understand life happens. In case of verified emergency, you may request a one-time reschedule or partial credit at our discretion.
